PRIZE 2

Students up and down the country will be anxiously anticipating receiving their results this week. On top of the already hard task of studying for exams and cramming in information learnt over the year, the COVID19 pandemic has added an additional element of stress for students who have been studying and taking exams from home during the last couple of months.

For those students who have continued to study hard and persevere through the pandemic into exam season, we say – congratulations! Regardless of your results, the fact that so many of you managed to complete your exams in the current climate should be something to celebrate and even if you don't get the results you want – it's not the end of the story. Universities up and down the country are preparing to help you find another university course so you can still live your dream and go to university.

As a well-earned reward for finishing your exams and working incredibly hard over the last couple of months, we have a £50 Amazon voucher for you to use towards new books, furniture for your flat or any equipment you may need before heading off to university!

For more information please visit www.swansea.ac.uk

Introduction:

All of us are guilty of reaching for a tea, coffee, or even alcoholic beverage when we get thirsty, but why are we avoiding the one drink that keeps us alive and healthy? New research has revealed that 90% of Brits are drinking less than 2 litres a day and near to 1 in 10 are, on average, drinking no water at all.

Drinking water has proven to increase energy and concentration levels alongside having huge health benefits such as: preventing headaches and migraines, managing mental health issues like anxiety and maintaining memory function.

Our friends at Actiph Water will be giving one of you the chance to give your body the gift of hydration with a month's supply of Actiph Water – Europe's first alkaline ionised water – to charge up and achieve more every day! You'll receive 2 cases of Actiph Water to help you to stay fully hydrated and feel for yourself the difference that drinking alkaline water can make. Drink Actiph, be active!
